This commit updates a bunch of files and changes a lot of phrases. Basically it extracts "Internal error occurred" from existing phrases. I've re-ordered the phrases so "Internal error occurred" is always at the end after the actual informative error message. Example comparison before and after this commit: Before: 1 Phrase: "Internal error: Unable to print to PDF" After: 2 Phrases: "Unable to print to PDF." + "Internal error occurred"

This feature allows (by option) an organization to allow its members to see tickets from other members. It can be used beside or instead of the automated collaboration feature. Now, collaborators retain access to tickets on which they participate; however, sharing can be used to enable access to other tickets owned by their organization.

This includes adding support to the Redactor editor to force the width of th editable content to match the width of the displayed content on the client portal. Also, the landing page displayed on the client portal is themed (css-class wise) to match that of the Redactor content similar to the FAQ and thread-entry designer boxes as well.

Allow fields to be configured for view / edit / required for both agents and end users. Fields can also be disabled now so that the field remains in the form but is no longer displayed for new entries. Allow tickets to be created without a subject — use the help topic full name instead.

Regardless of the configuration of the help desk registration, allow users to receive ticket links via email. This patch enables the display and operation of the ticket access link unless a user login is requested by the user or specifically required by the system.

Client accounts now that the user is verified either via staff or the client's email mailbox, there's a much lower risk to showing a verified user other tickets and virtually no reason that an administrator should have to turn the feature on.
