Fixes bug in IE 8 32bit browser that makes the browser windows reload in a never ending loop.

Autosubmit form on load - refresh is called on submit giving it form object
Validate start/stop timeframe in the backend

This will help distinguish between the knowledgebase part which encompasses
FAQ's and canned responses, and the FAQ part which contains the articles
detailing frequently-asked-questions.
