This addresses an issue where searching for a Task by title returns all
Tasks in the search. This is due to the visibility filtering methods used to
filter tickets by staff's visibility.

Column based sorting got removed in favor of drop down based sorting in commit
number fa327c. It's being returned due to negative feedback we received from users.

Redirect to recent queue / listing on transfer or assign
