OP#138 feat: double invitation long links

Add AGENT_OOB_URL as optional config.

If this is set overwrite(hack) AFJ invitations, so the visual part is AGENT_OOB_URL, but the service endpoint which is AGENT_PEER_URL stays as is.

Purpose:

  • If the mobile app is not installed you will have a way to visually show something on the screen in the browser once the user click on AGENT_OOB_URL
