Acceptance criteria

• Users should be able to use VC from Vereign Wallet to login in UI of OCM-Engine(Vereign Vault)
• Its very similar as on https://ssi-dev.vereign.com/ocm/ocm-ui/login
• Check with TSA team where and how to start using Rego policy to check for the allow VC for login
