Repeating error after accepting out of band proof request

I managed to run and publicy host your OCM component and am now trying to send an out-of-band proof request for a credential I issued earlier. When scanning a QR-Code of the shortened invitationUrl for the proof request, the VCM is receiving the correct invitation object, but gets hung up on the following error:
This Error keeps getting put out even after closing and reopening the app and only disappears on a full reinstall. The state of the proof request on the OCM side stays on “request-sent”.
When doing a proof request by previously establishing a connection, it works without problems. This happens exclusively when using out-of-band by calling the /proofs/request endpoint on the OCM and omitting a connection ID.
