Hide/dont list multiple connection for HIN use case

There is multiple HIN agents in the Contacts menu of the VCM , when its actually only 1.

Acceptance criteria

• for HIN agent, the user should see only one connection , even more than one is established as the communication goes thru the first(olders)
• for normal OCM user should continue see as many connections as been established (meaning should not hide if there is multiple connections )
