Check emails after setup of imap settings

• SVDX will continue to send the email as not secure to the mailbox even if the VCM updates his IMAP settings during the 10 minute timer.

Steps:

1. SVDX sends email to VCM
2. VCM has not yet updated his IMAP
3. VCM Receives the email and THEN adds his IMAP settings during the 10 mins wait period.

Expected : SVDX receives that the VCM has now IMAP settings configured and will check the que if the email is still not sent it will wait for the phone to send it to the mailbox securely

Actual: The SVDX 10 mins timer expires and sends directly to the mailbox

• after setup imap settings , check for messages which are in the queue
