Make didcomm connections bi-directional again

Make connections bi-directional again, but do not map [sender] to [recipient] email addresses in the connection structure.

Each connection should map [senderDID] to [recipientDID, recipientEmail]

Also, on the receiving SVDX do not use the MAIL FROM sender address, but use the "FROM" header from the email message.
