Create a pipeline to sync the committed policy with MongoDB

Acceptance criteria

• When policy is committed and merged to Main , then pipeline should be triggered to sync this policy to mongoDB (the actual code)

• this script/app is made to sync policies with MongoDB https://code.vereign.com/gaiax/tsa/policy/-/tree/main/cmd/sync
