registration of NYM environment

Acceptance criteria

• registration module - to register to IDUnion (or any other network) by provided key(credentials)
• upon setuping up the Admin user should be able registration the wallet(OCM) to particular network (in our case in IDUnion) to make/write transaction
• Should be able to make a call to Hyperladger API (IDUnion)
