feat: rest agent support for connection and proof change state events.

1. Listen for accept invitation urls
2. Issue proof after invitation is accepted
3. Send proof request to connection
4. Listen for accept of proof request
5. Get email and connection id from the proof request
6. Delete other connection ids besides the current one.
